He was 11 years old, even if he had made advances towards her, she was the adult and had all the power... it was on her to decline his advances and explain to him it was inappropriate, and to also report it as children making advances like that is usually a sign of ongoing sexual abuse elsewhere in their lives.

I'm not saying he made any advances at all, because I don't know... but whether or not he made advances is irrelevant to the situation at hand. She's a child abuser... she sexually abused a litersl child and nothing she says can alter that fact.

What makes me think about all the young girls that married much older men in a time when it was "Ok" in every countries "Culture"?

Because apart from cases of extreme abuse, most seemed to grow up being ok with that, with no major trauma from this alone, because they had no one telling them it was fucked up, just that it was simply part of life, right?

So what gives? Is the feeling of the ones that did suffer worthless because it was socially acceptable?

Is social consensus the only moral reference in the heads of these people?
