I feel like I am in a hopeless situation. I can't come up with a plan that I think is good and so I need some help.

I'll try to keep this short. Through a series of events that was basically the perfect storm, I ended up losing my virginity to a girl that is way above my SMV (I think). I then ended up converting that into a 9 month relationship. We never officially "broke up", but I moved away for a job and now the inevitable in an LDR is happening and we are drifting apart.

So my dilemma is that I desperately, more than anything in the world, want to keep her but I also have come to realize that I can't. It's just not possible for me to work my magic from so far away. So I have "accepted" that I have lost her.

It fucking hurts. She's all I think about. I troll Facebook and see the things she's doing and who she is hanging out with and I know, 95% that she is fucking these two guys that were all over her when I was in town.So now depressing and self hating thoughts manifest. Where did I go wrong? Why am I not alpha enough for her to still want me from far away? How could she go from loving me and saying I was her everything to almost complete indifference so quickly? My brain is doing a number on me.

So, I have decided the best thing possible for me is to go monk mode and just increase my SMV as much as possible as fast as possible. I want to start eating clean and lifting heavy. I've ordered some books to read and I want to hit work super hard and try to made strides in my career.

Is this plan solid? I currently feel like I will never get someone as good as her again. Is there a way to affect my abundance mentality without fucking a bunch of women? I don't feel like I am at the right SMV to be able to pick up women at a bar or club unfortunately. A large portion of what was so attractive to me in my last city was that I had amazing social status. In a new city, alone, I have none of that.

Any advice? Specific books? Good music for not feeling so down? Adjustments to my plan? Thanks for any advice. The struggle is real.
