If you're not comfortable with the risk; you can end the situation. It's obviously a higher risk for STDs situation than a regular FWB that doesn't sleep around a lot.

If you decide to continue: condom use, wash your dick after each sex session. Get tested regularly. Good that you're already vaccinated against HPV. And hopefully you get that hepatitis vaccine too if you haven't.

And lastly, you could consider the Bexero vaccine if your doctor agrees it's a good idea. It protects and against meningitis but offers about a 30% protection against ghonorrea. If gonorrhea is rising in your city / area / country. It could be something to consider.

If so, let her know. Chances are she's tired of the FWB thing, and might be willing to commit. It happens to most of us at some point. In a 2 year span I had over 100 partners (thanks to lessons learned on this sub and other forums), then I gave it all up for the woman I married.
