I do not agree with most of the sentiment expressed in this sub; and even I am upset by, and alarmed at the almost universal failure to recognize that the current inequities and failure of our institutions and society to provide opportunities and protections for the population also harm the welfare and well being of men. The victims of economic, social and political policy, are not limited women, children, minorities or the groups traditionally recognized as disadvantaged. Only 10% of the US population can be identified as middle class in 2024. We are far beyond fighting for the rights of the historically marginalized, the attack on America has had disastrous consequences for men, and we are not acknowledging that in the discussion.
