So, made a final settlement offer today. I went out of my way to think it through and make a fair offer, but my STBXW lives to spoil for a fight so I’m expecting a “no” or ridiculous counter.

What she doesn’t know is that if she doesn’t agree or negotiate in good faith…I’m dumping my “let’s work the process and settle” attorney and going with a “scorched earth” attorney I’ve already talked to. The STBXW has made my life miserable for months, in every way she could, so if she wants a fight…she’s going to get one. If we get to court, she’s got to explain hiding a lot of assets, the conspiracy around it, and the judge gets to hear about the adultery.

I hope she takes the deal because I want to be done, but I’ve steeled myself for the fight if she chooses it.
