Got her to settle before the first court date Monday. She isn't satisfied with the child support amount though and wants to get it re-evaluated after taxes in April.

She wants all my bank statements which shows pre tax and pre deduction deposits. How can this be used as evidence? She is confused as she makes decent money as an RN and doesn't understand how it's calculated.

She is trying to catch me in a lie and told her attorney that I made much more than I do. Im self employed and the checks she saw me bring home were pre deductions. She's just big sad that she won't be able to maintain her lifestyle without my income.

I dont mind supporting my kids whatsoever. I offered to help more and pay all extracurricular activities and cell phones but it's not enough. I told her it's hard out there on a single income but I guess she'll figure it out on her own.

I almost feel pity but then I remember that she is the evil greedy soulless individual that put us all in this situation. I just want her to leave me alone so I can do my own thing. I told her no contact unless it is strictly to do with the child schedule or an emergency. I dont want to be buddies. I dont want to attend her family events. I'll do holidays separete with my daughter.

Her family has also reached out to offer to still be friends bla bla bla. I think im good. I dont trust them. I want them all out of my life. Im sure they played their rolet in all of this as they like to drag each other down due to jealousy. She was running her mouth to them instead of talking to me, her husband.
