I was at training camp. There are was a girl. She was very open, friendly, and talkative. Basically friend to all. I employed seduction techniques hoping to pull a date or a hook up.

By negging, flirting and teasing, I made a good report. A unique smirk on her face whenever we used to cross each other was noticed by my wingman as well.

But something went wrong. I gave her a red rose in teasing way saying that she is my girlfriend. She told the incident to somebody, who was his cousin. Her cousin was also on training camp, and we had acquittance with each other.

When I inquired why she spread gossip, she starts getting agitated gaslighted me, and blame it upon me. Once again I inquired, and expressed disappointment, she starts becoming agitated. I forsake arguing back, and let it go considering She is a girl ( chivalrous values).

But She went on date with somebody else. I thought asking for date will come as needy and desperate. I am confused. Did I kill attraction because I didn't not hold emotional background? Was that a shit test?
