Different women can have the same behavior and yet can easily have different intentions or desires.

Your job isn’t to figure out what she wants, your job is to do what you want simply because you feel like it, and let her be the one to allow it or stop it when you are about to make your moves.

Invite her to join you to grab a smoothie, does she come?
