I would quit. And I would also send respectful feedback to the company, identify myself with a verifiable account, then let them know I had quit due to their anti-male policies and campaigns.

If any organisation, movement, charity or 'game' insists on only recognising the human rights of people who are female, then the members of that organisation are sexist pigs, who most likely also empower racism, religious intolerance and other forms of discrimination.

I don’t mean to be rude but I have never seen a kid over the age of 12 playing this game anyway😅 I wouldn’t expect companies with such target audience to care about societal problems. The simple truth is that there is a lot of hype around the international women’s day, similar to how it is during the pride month, so companies jump on the bandwagon to get more publicity -> more downloads -> more profit. Unfortunately it is hard to turn male suicide, homelessness and workplace accidents into a cheerful event advertisement, so you won’t see companies donating to these causes much.

I don't really care about corporate posturing, I'm used to it, but promoting inequality is unacceptable. They could have supported a cause that is exclusively (or almost exclusively) for women, but they chose to back sexist organizations that do completely generic work, yet only for women.

Thing is, you really don't see much special representation for men.

It's not like living in a patriarchal (let's say so for the sake of an argument) is men getting special representation on a regular basis that we shouldn't be getting our own dedicated days.

Is celebrating women's days just that more profitable?

Or is it simply about going against a hierarchy that was established to ensure survival of society? Just because it's been that way for far too long? Ignoring the reasons why it has been successful so far?

1- Over half of the brawlers in Brawl Stars are men.

2- The event consists of completing quests (which are OPTIONAL) that reward random Starr Drops. If the rewards aren’t worth your time, you can simply not do the quests

3- International Women's Day has even been forgotten a couple of times in the game, so it’s clearly not some massive priority or agenda

What an interesting proposition. Assuming i did play, i wouldn't stop playing just because of this.

How I see it, women feel a strong need to have a day to themselves for whatever reason. I'm all for it if it means they're happy. I dont see it taking away anything from my life.

In fact, I'd take it as a challenge to be good with the female characters in the game. I would like to prove to myself that it does not matter who i use, I'd like to be proficient or superior to opponents with any kind of condition in any kind of occasion.

But that's just my two cents. Rise above their pettiness my brothers. Just because they have theirs doesn't mean we do not have ours. Cheers.

i don’t think they hate men. they are just promoting women in a game, that doesn’t mean that they are against you. if you try to keep an open mind you will find living will be a lot easier. there isn’t a secret female society trying to oppress men, by doing things like this you are oppressing yourself.
