There is very little evidence of this, Especially considering that Women face very little accountability for their actions in most countries in the world and are the ones who are allowed to hit and SA Men and Boys
There are some disadavanteges that Women and Girls face and it vaires by region, but Overal I would say that there is far more Male Oppression than Female Oppression.
There are a few things that could be labeled as being Male privilige, but most only exist because Men face more responsibilities and higher accountability than Women, and overal there is far more Female privilige in society at least in many countries in the World.
What many people refer to as "Male Dominance" is just that Men are expected to be the Leaders, Protectors and the responsibile ones. It is hardly a benefit to Men.
I have seen so much conflicting data on this so I'm not going to say anything on this.
Most violence committed onto men(Especially by Female perpetrators) is seriously underreported, so this is false.
Usually only male-dominatnt areas will show this phenomenon.. In most female-dominant areas of society Men are treated far worse or are straight up barred from these areas.
There are plenty of girls clubs(as per the point above) And these seem to be accepted by society.

So overal I believe that most of these claims don't hold any water.

Quick note before diving in: you said Western nations. That matters because the answers are different depending on where you are. I'm UK based so that's my frame. Some of this will land differently in the US and differently again in Australia which at this point has functionally institutionalised feminist policy at government level. So take the geography seriously.

On your list:

Patriarchy. Original meaning was men in power. Descriptively accurate historically and still accurate in some specific contexts. The current usage has been redefined into something unfalsifiable: male power is everywhere, invisible, and cannot be disproven by any evidence. An unfalsifiable claim is not an evidence based argument. It's a religion.

Rape culture. Originally described male prison rape. Look at who is currently producing and consuming rape culture content in the UK. Twilight. Outlander. Bridgerton. Women on dating apps complaining men don't chase anymore. The concept got inverted and nobody noticed.

Female oppression UK. Name one current legal disability women face in the UK that men don't. Not historical. Not theoretical. Current. I'll wait. The legal disabilities that currently exist by sex run the other way. Men have no anonymity when accused of sexual offences. Women do. Men have no reproductive rights once conception occurs. Women do. The sentencing gap is documented by the Ministry of Justice. In the US abortion restriction is a real current answer to this question. In the UK it isn't.

Male privilege. Apex fallacy. The men at the top get cited. The men at the bottom of every failure statistic get ignored. Suicide. Homelessness. Workplace deaths. Imprisonment. Educational underperformance. Life expectancy. Male privilege as a universal descriptor cannot survive contact with those numbers.

Male dominance. See apex fallacy. Men dominate the bottom as completely as they dominate the top. The framing only counts one end.

Gender pay gap. Pregnancy gap plus hours gap. The Australian government ran anonymous hiring to help women and had to stop it because it started helping men instead. They did the same with anonymous marking of schoolwork. The intervention designed to correct male advantage revealed the advantage had already reversed. That is not a talking point. That is a government admitting its own data surprised it. Claudia Goldin won the Nobel Prize in Economics in 2023 essentially for proving the controlled gap largely disappears.

Systemic violence against women. Women's shelters are good policy. But look at which number moved after they were introduced. Female perpetrated intimate partner homicide of men dropped around 70%. Male perpetrated intimate partner homicide didn't move by anything like the same margin. The power and control theory predicted shelters would protect women from dangerous men. That number didn't drop. The number that dropped was women killing men. Which the theory has no framework for. The policy worked. For the wrong reason. Trapped people with no exit use lethal force. Give them an exit and they won't. That applies regardless of sex. They cited the success as proof the theory worked. The data points the wrong way.

Glass ceilings. Gone as formal legal barriers in the UK. Show the specific current mechanism. Not historical. Not theoretical. Current. Specific. Evidenced.

Boys clubs. The Men's Shed movement started in Australia to address male isolation and suicide risk with documented positive outcomes. The model is simple: men bond through parallel activity, doing things side by side, not face to face emotional conversation. It worked. It spread to the UK. Then inclusion arguments arrived. Mixed sheds. Women's sheds. The original purpose, a space specifically because men had nowhere else to go, gets reframed as exclusionary. Female equivalent spaces get defended as necessary and protective. The same principle applied in opposite directions. The boys club accusation now gets deployed against spaces that exist specifically because men have nowhere else to go. The spaces created to solve male isolation get dismantled under the same framework that would never touch their female equivalents.

The question for every single one of these is never did this exist. The question is show me the specific current mechanism in your specific country. That question ends most of these conversations very quickly.

And if someone is citing these concepts to argue men don't matter or aren't worth caring about they aren't applying them as analysis. They're using them as a conversation termination tool. An unfalsifiable framework deployed to prevent engagement with male issues isn't feminism. It's just a way of not having to answer the question.

The patriarchy is nothing more than misandry. The creation of the patriarchy myth was to control the narrative that women are oppressed and men are their oppressors. There is no conquering of the patriarchy, and it was very intentionally set up this way. How can we surpass and defeat something that is so intentionally vague that it can be used on a whim to describe anything at any time. That's why feminists invented the term, so that they could blame men for literally anything they want, whenever they want. Its entirely based on opinions despite how often morons will try to present it as a fact. Its a opinion used by feminists to justify their own sexism and hatred.
Rape culture is another boogeyman invented by feminists to deceive the public into thinking that rape has its own culture and that its growing. The facts are that rape numbers have drastically decreased over time, the punishments for rape are very substantial, pop culture demonizes it, and to top it off rapists are socially ostracized. Just look at the 19 guys who were falsely accused by Stacey Sharples recently. These men were interviewed about the consequences of her actions. Nearly all of them had their lives ruined. They were fired, divorced, cut off from friends and family, and were publicly ridiculed. They had literally everthing taken from them. WTF is rape culture?
Systemic misogyny is more nonsense. Sure there might be individual cases of misogyny is some workplaces. But if you wanna tell me that its a societal issue you're gonna need some good examples and stats to back up that claim. Oddly enough there never is any good argument to back up this claim. You wanna talk about systemic? Give me an example of Systemic sexism that is more apparent and biased than DEI hiring? Or howabout the homeless population being almost entirely men? Try and tell me thats not systemic.
Female oppression, male privileges and male dominance all go hand in hand. Lets hear some examples. I don't think its a competition, but if you wanna make that claim you better back it up cause men go through quite a bit of shit. Some of my favorite examples of privilege include life expectancy, conscription, gendered support services, incarceration rates, pretty much everything in family court, and to top it off tell me an instance where DEI hiring ever helped a man.
Somewhat recently (maybe a decade ago) a woman received a NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for debunking the wage gap myth. This was utterly ridiculous since the myth has been debunked for decades. The problem is that feminists try to describe the wage gap as though women as simply being paid less when the reality is that they earn less. Paying women less is highly illegal and would get your business boycotted is discovered. The reasons for women earning less varies from pregnancy leave to working less hours, to working lower paying jobs/ tipping industry. There are plenty of studies about this issue and they all point in the same direction. Anyone trying to present this issue as women being paid less is intentionally trying to deceive you.
Domestic violence is terrible all around. BUT the big reason as to why it is systemic is because no one gives a shit about men being abused. Its terrible to say, but its an unfortunate truth. Its a known fact that DV cases against men go largely unreported. So its not that hard to understand why the vast number of DV case have women as the victim.
What are class ceilings? and how is it a gendered issue?
Boys clubs are practically nonexistent at this point (near me, I cant speak for everywhere). There used to be plenty of businesses that would cater specifically to men, they were places where men could confide in one another and relax. These places included country clubs, golf courses, and even barbers. Nowadays, if men try to create anything that is men only, they will receive hate mail by the bagfull. There will a full blown mob outside the building with pitchforks and torches. Men aren't really allowed to have anything for themselves anymore. There is an noticeable lack of mens groups throughout my society, this includes support services and business that cater to/employ specifically men. So for any women to complain about boys clubs, its not just dissentious but its also delusional. Women have the vast majority of gendered support services, gendered businesses, and gendered clubs/organizations. This is why in 2026 if men want to congregate, they are practically forced to do so online. Then even when they do, they ALL get labeled as hate groups and part of the "manosphere".

The arguments of misandrists are usually based on opinions instead of facts. It might be difficult to argue with someone so disingenuous. But it is important that we all recognize bullshit when we see it.

Well, "the purpose of a system is what it does". If the purpose of a system is to privilege men over women, you'd expect men to, y'know, get privileged over women. Yet, women enjoy explicit legal advantages (i.e. the literal definition of privilege) under the law, though in some places and times, there may be restrictions baked in. Nope.

Rape Culture

Well, you realize the rape of men and boys is normalized to the point a precedent has been set that female rapists of underage boys should be paid for it (Hermesmann v seyer)? Ooooooh, you mean a culture that encourages and normalizes the rape OF WOMEN BY MEN. That doesn't exist, EVERY culture has rape laws that punish men raping women, but very few have equivalent laws for the reverse. If you're lucky enough it is defined as a crime, it's usually a lesser one. YES, EVEN ISLAMIC COUNTRIES UNDER SHARIAH LAW do this.

Systemic/Institutionalized Misogyny

The legal SYSTEM has laws that explicitly favor women. The justice SYSTEM gives women a sentencing discount. Which SYSTEM is responsible for SYSTEMically disadvantaging women and/or assuming inborn malice out of them?

Those things don't exist in most peoples everyday life but what does exist is "the good ol-boy system" where in people in power hold on to that power and pass it on to their friends and family. That happens between men and women. As an example: when you go to a fast food restaurant, If the manager is black.....guess who they hire almost exclusively.. that's how you know its not just a male white systemic problem...its universal. people always hire within and help out friends and family first. The fact that people say that's evil is just their way of taking power away from those in charge. Patriarchy: I do not agree that a “patriarchy,” as described by many feminists, currently exists in the Western world. The idea suggests that men automatically hold primary power in society simply because they are men. Biological and psychological differences between men and women may help explain why men are more represented in some high-power positions. Glass Ceiling: I mostly disagree with the idea of a widespread ceiling that prevents women from reaching top positions. Achieving leadership roles in business or politics is extremely competitive, and the people who succeed tend to be those who pursue these positions most aggressively.

Since men, on average, are more competitive and risk-tolerant, they may be more likely to seek out these roles. This could naturally result in higher male representation at the top levels.

That said, it is plausible that some individuals may favor people who are similar to themselves when making hiring or promotion decisions. This kind of bias is not unique to men favoring men, it can also occur among women, ethnic groups, or any other social group. Humans often feel more comfortable with people they identify with.

To find the real answer, you have to reject the question! Many questions are designed to trick us and this question is one. To give you an example... "You don't care about children dying in war, that's why you sleep at night, do you?". It's a trick question, designed to evoke an emotional response to audiences.

All of those things that you reference have existed and do exist. They however exist isolated and do not expand to the whole cohort of men and women. They also do not exist isolated without counter balances. For example, for every person who exhibits "patriarchy" when raising their children (you know... telling the girls they should not study and instead find a man and make children), there is another person if not more who are going the extra mile to ensure that their children (be it boys ro girls) are allowed to follow their dreams, whatever those may be.

The problem does not start by acknowledging those issues, but rather by expanding them to the whole of society, often supported by horribly manipulated data.

I have the exact same thought. Every time its brought up it always just seems like they are parroting this stuff from other places they heard. This belief only gets stronger when you ask them to explain and all of a sudden they just can't.

Rape culture is not a thing. Women think its gay for a man to be approached and complain men aren't chasing. Also if rapists are so adored and accepted like they think...why do most rapists hide it? They act like rapists go around telling men they are rapists and getting a pat on the back.
Systemic misogyny this is the most confusing. What system is actually misogynistic? The law is on women's side to the point even lawyers acknowledge it and tell their clients before hand. The education system women are thriving. Society they are given double standards in their favour and people always rushing to protect/make them innocent.

Patriarchy itself is systemic misandry and misogyny. Also I believe rape culture also exists, even in more developed societies. "Developed" societies don't just build a wall around them that makes such issues completely disappear, it's like racism, you can take steps to reduce it but it takes years and decades for racism to disappear.

There was a study on Israel:

College Study: 41 Percent of Women Students Don't See Forced Sex With Acquaintance as Rape

61 percent of the male students polled in a small college survey did not equate forced sex with an acquaintance as rape.

Study author: 'Findings seem to denote a lack of comprehension of the decisively defining element of rape, namely, the absence of consent'

That is a perfect example of rape culture, from both men and women.
