But here I am ! Just finalized the procedures today. A deep pain, yes, but also a sense of freedom. Like a weight being lifted. Pain mostly because it’s the life you dreamed up and planned for and worked so hard for going all in smoke. Some pain I didn’t dare to admit until now, because she’s clearly financially well off, while I am here struggling with debt. But on a deeper level, I am happy she got off unharmed. I don’t want any guilt to live with.

She casually confirmed she was a full lesbian all along 😂 which is what I suspected from the start : The bad sex, the ingratitude to all gestures (big and small), the extreme disagreement to any action, reaction, idea or thought I hd that didn’t fully align with hers, the refusal to even wear a coat or pair of shoes that I like (even if I buy it).. these are the most painful parts really to remember.

In short, it’s the memories of casual meanness and passive aggressiveness that keep me up at night.

Has anyone dealt with just that ?
