Find something about her you can tease her about. But be playful don't be insulting. I once asked a short girl. If she had trouble finding shoes with out power rangers or sailor moon on them? Then I said you must buy all your clothes at Toy's R Us. I had her wrap around my finger after that.

You just have to be yourself un-apologeticly. Be friendly fun silly cocky or whatever you want. You might even embarrass yourself. Just don't apologize or be sorry. Keep talking ignore the embarrassment plow through it like you don't give a damn.

I can't find a better example of how to push things forward than using double entendres, like Craig Ferguson does in this VIDEO. Whenever a girl mentions words like big, long, short, wet, black ..etc.... you can use a double entendre... you're basically saying something "nasty" without actually saying it.... ...is the simplest way to escalate.

This is tricky, you have zero control over this. There isn’t a single recipe in the world that can guarantee people won't call you a creep if you do things a certain way. Even if you tell a world-class joke, out of 100 people, there will always be 10 or 15 who will say it’s just not funny.

If you’re afraid of rejection, don't give them the chance to make a choice... it's as simple as that. I don't like being rejected by a woman either, so for that reason, I talk to her about all kinds of things and I push things forward ONLY if I see a positive reaction. If there’s no positive feedback, I just wish her a good day and move on... that's all.

Most problems start when guys don't follow the phases of seduction.

Attraction -> connection -> seduction

She needs to be attracted to you first because if she's not the flirting will not make her attracted. It will show neediness and that will kill all attraction.

As you say you have acces to a lot of women to talk to. If you can get one of the attractive girls attracted to you, You can get almost all of them because of pre-selection.
