As the title says. I just went pro se (again), I'm looking at my options and coming up with a strategy.
My experience with my previous attorney makes me very hesitant to give another blank check to another attorney, but I'm also smart enough to know that if this ends up going to trial, I'm learning to swim by jumping in the deep end.
I don't know that I'm going to trial yet, but planning as if I am.
Any and all advice (and understanding it's not legal advice) based on experience would be greatly appreciated.
