It depends on what your relationship actually is with this girl.

If it's not anything long term, an ever so slightly glorified plate where exclusivity was never promised then fuck it. You don't owe her any commitment and you can do what you want. Drunk or sober.

If you've actually spent quite a bit of time with her, gotten to know her well, been in this relationship for a while, consider it an LTR, actually love this girl then yeah. You need to tell her.
