No. Women do not find dating easy or easier. But they are, on the whole, not quite as lust driven, have more close friends, and are thus more content with being single than men are.

Dating apps these days are for lazy people, hookups and incels. That why women can't be bothered using them anymore. It is nonsensical for a guy to use ONE dating app that is something like 70%-80% men and 20%-30% women, and conclude that women have it easier over ALL dating methods.

Let's talk college... roughly 60% of degrees are being given to women, 40% to men. From a college degreed woman's point of view... about 20% of them are either going to have to stay single or "marry down". And those are women who prefer to get a couple years into their career before they get serious about a relationship. They are NOT women interested in misogynists or incels, even those men with a degree.

So there's a mismatch for that particular cohort of women (college degreed). Men these days commonly become incels or misogynists at ages 14-22. Meanwhile, there's a cohort of women who don't want to date too seriously (or even take on a relationship at all) until they're 22-26. By then, many men are damaged goods (due to the manosphere).

In-person meets is where it's at now. When I tell guys that, they make excuses why they HAVE to use the apps. In that case, congratulations... you're the type of guy women are trying to avoid by leaving or staying off dating apps. If men are too lazy/insecure/anxious to mix and mingle in person, and women refuse to use online dating apps because "the odds are good, but the goods are odd", it doesn't mean "women have it easier". It means they are sorting the possible mates in a way that feels safer and more comfortable, even if it is slower.

so you found a husband and (presumably) had kids. the kind of man who's gonna fly you out and marry a young hottie isn't the kind of man who does chores or parents his kids. if "easy mode" sounds like raising babies and doing all the housework and letting some guy stick his dick in you on command knowing he only valued you for your age and as soon as you get stretch marks/signs of aging he'll dump you for a younger model and now you'll be a single mom and everyone will make fun of you for being a dumbass who let some guy fly her out and knock her up .....

I'm a 30-year-old woman. I have seven suicide attempts under my belt. I'm not saying my life is even especially hard--I, like everyone, have both problems and privileges--but it's not like I've never struggled.

As to your point, you might be able to find someone who would do that. Would you be able to find a safe, non-abusive person who would do that? I sincerely doubt it. Who would fly someone out to live with them after a month and a half? Nobody in their right mind. Nobody you could trust. Besides, where's the guarantee that the relationship is going to work out? You could break up. Or you could get married, have kids, and then go through a hellish divorce. Even if things started off well, who's to say they would end well?

Do women have more romantic/sexual options than men? I mean, it might be easier for a woman to go onto a dating app and immediately get matches. But you've failed to consider whether those options are at all appealing. I'm not talking about "low-value men" or whatever. I'm talking about predatory, abusive, and generally unsafe men, as well as men who are simply incompatible. A significant number of the men on dating apps will be the type who harass/abuse/ignore the boundaries of women. And even of those who aren't, many won't be compatible. You want a hookup and he's dating to marry? Doesn't matter. He didn't read your profile anyway. You don't want kids and he wants five of them? He thinks he can "change your mind" or "just have a couple." You're an evangelical Christian and he's a staunch atheist? He's in your DMs anyway for some reason.

But all of this assumes that dating apps are a representative sample. They're not. Most people, especially most women, aren't on them. They represent an extremely skewed and artificial environment, not the whole of dating. Like, 80% of dating app users are male. No shit women get flooded on them.

Lastly, stop thinking about people in terms of stats. They aren't video game characters. You can't just press a series of buttons and get a predictable outcome. There's no cheat code for human relationships. Different people like different things.
