Unfortunately, I have the gut feeling that I'm giving off an awkward vibe wherever I go. How do I know? Women are repulsed by me in public. If I accidentally meet eyes with a woman (even if she's post-wall), she'll immediately look away and pretend I'm invisible. I am temporarily working at a restaurant as a means to get money in college and there have been multiple instances where groups of girls will do a "nose-goes" as a way to avoid coming up to me to get their food. Other times in public, girls will do everything they can to stay and get away from me (for example, if I'm in a bookstore and I go to a shelf and a woman is near it, she will immediately walk away as fast as possible. Or if I'm walking towards my car in a parking lot and a young girl is headed the same way, she'll speed up to get away). At parties, I always get lead on.
How can I not give off that awkward vibe? Is it because of my looks? (I will supply a picture of my face in a PM if needed) I'm 5'10", racially mixed and everything about me screams Beta Bucks (not garnering sympathy, just being honest with myself now that I type it out): math major (3.9 GPA), public speaker, knife juggler, programmer, aspiring voice-over artist. I'm also 21 if that helps at all; it seems like most guys don't have this problem at my age.
