Recently I had been thinking about promoting a FWB to LTR. Everything was going fine until she had some problems with her roommate and asked me to stay at my place for a few days. I said OK, since she has been showing no red-flags and treating me like a king.

She spent a few days at my place while I was doing my business (work, lifting, reading, etc.) and entertaining her when I would get back home. Everything she did was flawless - she cleaned my home, prepared food, was giving me lots of attention.

And here comes the last day of her stay. We got up and I had to go to work. I left her the key, so she could leave (we did not discuss her staying for longer). So when I got back from work, I expected her to be gone. However, she was still there when I returned. She had packed her bags and told me she will be leaving soon. I said OK and went to lay down, as I was extremely tired. She came to me, blew me and afterwards started covertly giving me the idea that she would like to stay longer (as in "I am too tired to leave"). However, I just wanted to have some alone time and had made the decision not ask her to spend this night together. For this reason I ignored her covert talk and after some time asked her to leave.

She got up and immediately started accusing me of having another girl coming to my place (not true). I was surprised of her reaction and told her that I want to be alone, that's it. Ignored everything else thrown to my face and she left. It's the first time I've seen her have a temper tantrum (we have been seeing each other for ~1.5 years)

She has stopped texting me and I have been soft nexting her since (6 days have passed).

So the question is wtf happened? Did I go full retard by asking her to leave after she was golden to me? Or did she go full retard by throwing the temper tantrum because I wanted to be alone?
