I work 80 hour weeks

Grooming:

How's your hair? Best haircut for young guys is short and off your forehead which should be bare. You should be getting a haircut every month or month-and-a-half.

Do you have unkempt eyebrows? If so, tweeze. Finger rule--keep them nice and tidy. If you have a unibrow, get rid of that shit. No stray hairs above, beneath, or on the sides. This is an excellent age to learn how to tidy them up, and I swear to Christ that women notice.

How's your facial hair? Trick question. You should be clean shaven. Young guys rarely pull off facial hair. It requires regular trimming and shampooing. Shave using an electric razor to prevent ingrown hairs.

Clothes:

Keep them form-fitting. I was always partial to v-neck tees at your age. Nothing with images, written text, or branding. When you join a frat, they'll be able to help you update your wardrobe. Discover the wash of Levis you sync with. It can neither be too dark or too light.

Hygiene

Absolutely recommend Dove Men's Facewash. It keeps your face from getting dry, which is something you want.

Your teeth should be white and your armpits trimmed. Hair there can trap bacteria and bad odors.

If you concern is making friends just be positive and talk to people, you will end up with friends with the same interest before to long.

17 year old here,

First of all, how the fuck do you work 80 hours in a week. Do you live in the US? I could only work 4 hours without a break per day at my job. I would quit your job or get less hours first. You have no free time to improve yourself with those hours.

Second, get a nice haircut and go to the gym. Good style is inexpensive and a big boost too. Get on Pinterest for outfit inspiration.

Making friends is pretty easy. Find something to bond over in class and stay in touch with them. Having friends boosts your SMV a lot. It’s also nice to have a couple guys you can rely on and trust. Having good friends is more important than getting pussy. Having good friends also leads to getting more pussy. Put yourself out there and you’ll find people you fit with. Read “How To Win Friends and Influence People”.

Finally, read the sidebar. The problem I made when I became redpilled is taking it to heart. You can pick and choose what fits with you and it’ll work a lot better than being a tryhard badass. It’s a long process but you should incorporate it with your personality so it becomes natural. The best way to get game is to, well, game women. The only way you’ll increase your game is to put yourself out there and fail until you get it right.

A "0 SMV" would someone with severe physical deformities. Dude, you have a "decent physique", you have work experience, you have an income. You'll be fine, at age 16 most guys are nothing compared to what they become later in life.
