I don't know how to ask this, but I hope someone can get what I'm saying. And mind you this isn't a big deal, but something I find to be mildly infuriating.

As someone who's starting the red pill journey, I understand to some extent the benefits of doing so: sexual access to attractive women, avoiding manipulation, greater freedom and control over one's life.

But as it relates to sex, this means changing my behaviors. It seems a strange paradox, but whereas a blue pill guy I was supplicating and being "nice" to attract women for sex, as a red pill man I'm compelled to change my behavior to a jerk for the same result. So either way, it seems I'm the one jumping through hoops for sex while women don't have to.

And this is not to mock the veteran redpiller who is now living the life (because I want to be where he is and I'm reading the material to get there), but even though he finally got the girl, he had to change who he was to get her, while she remained the same. Sort of like her going "Oh, you're being nice to me? Friendzoned." "Oh wait, now you're being a bad boy and flipping all my attraction switches while I don't have to do anything? Okay, now we can have sex." So it would appear he had to play by her rules.

So in a bitter twist of irony, while the red pill in principle helps me to become more attractive by "going my own way", it appears I still have to do what women want to get there.

Again, I get the upsides of the red pill life, but the dynamics involved that lead to sex appear unbalanced between the sexes. And I'm asking how can I come to terms with this or is my perceptions way off? Thanks for reading.
