I would have ditched my crazy ex and then taken her friend who had the hots for me to the prom instead.

While I was at it, I would walk over and smack the one guy in my class who laid out an elaborate promposal, only to get very publicly burned when the girl rejected him. Because he embarrassed her.

I didn't go to prom. Or actually I should say I wasn't allowed to go to prom. It was at one of the best halls in my city. I regret it but life goes on.

If I was able to go, I would've just hung out with friends and not danced. Was a bitch in a sense. High school game is 90% dependent on your social value which takes time and effort to build throughout your years in HS. Seeing it is still 5 months til prom for most kids in USA, there's still time to turn things around. Otherwise you'll need a lot of Hail Marys to throw if you want to get that certain girl to suck your dick. All in all though, just try to have a good time cause you'll never go back to HS again.

I wasn't allowed to go to prom.

Same. I was going to be suspended from a football game for fighting, but I worked out a deal with the principal and my coach to be banned from prom instead. No fucks given.

Prom is overrated and is just a ruse to give women a fairy tale ending to high school. It's all about the female, with the guy picking up the tab. Guy pays for the tickets, pays for the limo or bus, pays for the dinner before hand, pays for everything. It's kind of like a wedding. It's all about the ceremony and an excuse for a woman to have a magical fairy tale night and get all dolled up with an expensive dress and take a million pictures.

Why bother? What's in it for the guy? A chance of getting laid? Yeah, an expensive lay. It's backdoor pay-for-sex.

I agree. Prom is a bit overrated and there's too many expectations on the guy to ask someone to prom and be a gentlemen in most high schools. If a guy gets away with a kiss he feels like he's in heaven. Even if it cost him 400+ to pay for the date, limo and whatnot. These types of guys are still stuck in the 'blue pill world' though. You have a better chance of getting a blowjob at the after party where there's no supervision and there's alcohol to get the girls loose.

However, prom is a once in a lifetime thing. Especially at my school. The ticket alone cost 200 cause it was at a high end place where I will most likely never ever have a reason to go to again unless I make some serious dough. These are the people you went to school with for 4 years and you're gonna stop seeing most of them except for maybe like 5% of them at most unless you live in a small town or don't move out for college. These people gave us life experiences, good and bad. Don't spend 500 dollars chasing pussy. But go, enjoy your time with your buddies and have a good time cause this opportunity will never come again. Rather partake in a once in a lifetime opportunity then not, even if it's "stupid", as long as it doesn't hurt me in a major way.

I never said you need it for prom. You need it for game in high school. You cannot be with someone without social value, unless you yourself are of no social value. The jocks get to go out with the hot girls. The coolest dudes with a lot of friends usually get the hot girls. Nerds/betas get the girls that the Chads aren't fucking. That's just how it works in a HS in America. I'm assuming you'd want to be with a girl that's hot and not some ugly or average looking girl. And to get a girl like that for prom you need this social value.

My boy from HS went out with one of the hottest girls in our senior year. A smart girl also considering she went to an ivy after. Everyone was surprised cause he wasn't really one of the coolest people or wasn't in those elite circles.

But he was smarter than most of these guys and was always mature. He had good friends and knew how to talk to people nonetheless. He had run decent game. And this my friend is the closest to a 'beta' I've seen get with a hb9 in real life. And my friend wasn't even beta, just not as cool, athletic or handsome as other guys. He was a regular dude that knew how to play game, before anyone in HS ever knew what that was. Heck, most kids don't learn til after college, cause of how easy it is when everyone knows your social value. Ask some of the fray boys on this sub, they'll tell you how easy it is for them to get laid in college cause of their sheer social value.

Point is, high school runs on social value cause most guys and girls haven't figured out game yet. And also, I say you should go to have a good time not to spend money on hoes at prom. It just happens some guys get duped into doing that and I'm just warning you.

Have fun at prom if you're at that age.

Oh yeah for sure. Lots of girls use that night as an excuse to get drunk and f around since they're too scared/sheltered/shy normally. Now with that said, you still got to bring your game, but it should be easier to score.

Because I went to the kind of school where there were eighty billion adults there, making sure no shenanigans were going on. You couldn't escalate anything with anyone. After parties are where it's at and if I could do it again I would just show up at that party.
