Don't confront her if you do she'll use it against you. Lay low and prepare yourself for whatever might happen. Educate yourself on the subject.

Make sure after you hook up with a girl. Get her to text you that she consented. These girls are a different breed, protect yourself brother.

Lawyer up and start printing out, at least to pdf, anything and everything related to this girl. Text messages, emails, any Facebook posts (if positive about you), etc. Save that in at least two places.

Avoid her like the plague, everything through a lawyer. Do not fall down the "I'm smart enough to handle this" trap. Your intelligence is irrelevant in these matters, you need someone with legal experience, knowledge and training.

You have no power to prove anything since she's spreading this about other girls who may not even exist so you have no recording/proof it didn't happen.

Even with a lawyer 90% of the time you'll lose. To win would cost probably half a million in legal fees.
