Also, since children this age are pretty much incapable of experiencing sexuality, maybe this should be taken as a sign of possible deviant behavior on the part of those responsible?

How can a five year old'a signature on anything be legally binding?

Being a school administrator is being in a position of trust, right? Not nowadays.

We need more and more stories like this to keep happening.

I will teach my kid to say nothing to any school admin when she is in trouble and to have her parents called immediately. Everyone reading this should do the same.

Signed! Stuff like this happened in preschool all the time when I was a kid and the kid was just sent to the office or put in time out and asked why they did it....you know...because talking to the kid might help both parties understand the behavior.

Hell, I got in trouble for using the word "penis" in kindergarten... But I was never labeled for "sexual misconduct". What crap!

How is this in any way, shape, or form related to men's rights?

Plus it's a freaking school, they can do whatever they feel like. Who the hell do you think you are you to bitch to them about their own policies?
