The racial gap in male incarceration and suffering from police violence is slight. The gender gap is enormous.

For equal crimes, a black man will on average receive a 10% longer jail sentence than a white man, but he'll receive a 63% longer sentence than a black woman.

A proper solution to the problem is the elimination of sentencing ranges so that human bias cannot come into play at all. This solves both racial and gender inequity equally.

So no, I wouldn't spend time just on racial inequity. I'd solve the problem overall.

We do discuss those issues. Admittedly they aren't discussed as frequently, but they're issues that absolutely need to be addressed.

Often these issues are discussed from a non-gender angle too, i.e. why drug prohibition (which causes the mass incarceration) is bad.

But clearly there's valid intersectionality between men's issues and race issues; African-American males, for example, are culturally seen as hypermasculine and thus are often presumed to be brutish, rape-crazy thugs.... so the misandry and the anti-African racism compound each other.

This is true of gay men's issues too - certain gay stereotypes (i.e. gay men as insatiable sexual predators) are also male stereotypes (hence why gay men are typically seen in this manner but lesbians are not) - gay men are (in this aspect) stereotyped as hypermasculine (although other gay stereotypes make them out to be hypomasculine). Misandry and heterosexism compound and reinforce each other.

So yeah, we do discuss the issues of men in minority groups. We also focus a lot on gender-atypical men more broadly, whom are a non-normative group.

TL;DR - yes, the MHRM acknowledges that men of color face issues which are due to them being both male and of a specific racial group. Ditto for men who are members of gender or sexuality non-normative groups; they face issues that are due to them being both male and queer.

Yes, these issues intersect with men's issues. People are more likely to be arrested if they have dark skin. People are MUCH more likely to be arrested if they have a penis. Black males have the double whammy of being both black AND male. Point of interest the male/female sentencing disparity is dramatically larger than the black/white sentencing disparity.

People are much more likely to experience police violence if they are black. People are much more likely to experience police violence if they are male. Black males face the double whammy of being both black AND male. And again the male/female disparity is dramatically larger than the black/white disparity.

So yes, we do address these issues. We address the male/female disparities that have a dramatic affect on men of color because they are both black and male.

Many organizations that are larger better funded and more respected than men's rights advocates exist to address the white/black disparities, and they will do a better job at it than men's rights advocates.

Does the mens rights movement address issues faced more often by men of color, such as mass incarceration, police violence, etc?

Of course, every single man of color is a man and is thus affected by men's issues. Though I don't think we specialize in racial issues. I support racial equality, it's just not really the focus of this particular group. However, if you have facts that suggest men's issues that only effect men of color then I'm sure you'll find a lot of support here.

They definitely address issues with men in poverty, of which men men of color are overrepresented.

We do discuss them, but this is a sub about gender rather than race, so generally speaking we discuss those topics in relation to how men and women are treated by comparison, rather than how men of different races are treated.

It's an absolutely valid thing to bring up, and most posters I've seen here do acknowledge it and mention it, but if you're specifically interested in race then you might find more conversations about it in a different sub.
