If she's a plate/LTR just ask her. She'll likely be curious and you can tell her "so I know when to be more aggressively dominant and rough with you". She'll tell you.

You're trying to navigate your way into some form of genetic desire here...don't. First and foremost, if you're already fucking her on a regular basis its by pre-selection and that's all you need to know. If she's fucking you on a schedule there's probably another reason.

How do you track your ltr/plate's ovulation period to know when she is the horniest and when exactly does it occur?

Your actual question/intent should be "How will I know when to avoid fucking her so I don't fall into her baby trap and ruin my life?"

Not on the pill: ~ one month after last period

On the pill: either 4 weeks after last period or whenever she wants. She can practically delay the period to when she feels like it

If she's on a 28 day cycle, she ovulates roughly 14 days from when she has the first day of her period. She'll get cranky and moody immediately before her period and then the hormones will all reset. I personally track mine on the WomanLog app (free).
