Due to a very complicated, long story of miscommunication and, well... life happening, I know that my man becomes less and less motivated about life in general as more days without sex go by to the point of just not giving a fuck within a week. This was more or less a reaction that progressed throughout many years(20+) of him not getting *quality sex on a regular basis.

Assuming he isn't getting some on the side, you can count on things not getting done around the house, the quality of his work at his job will suffer, he won't care about his looks, he will have a shorter fuse and might start showing more and more beta behaviour where once stood a strong alpha. He will resent you and it will show.

I can tell you from experience that a man that isn't getting *quality sex on a regular basis will not have the self respect and motivation to keep working hard to provide for his family and be present to his wife and children the way that a well laid husband will.

I would say that 98% of all our fights were fueled from the lack of quality sex. I can pretty much blame everything from illness to losing jobs, friends and family to the lack of sex. No sex = no confidence, lack of self-esteem = illness, isolation, resentment

The relationship will break down eventually and I can only imagine that if you are not madly in love you will break up(and even then it's not a guarantee). I'm so very grateful that I finally was able to understand the red pill theory all the way before we were too old and too miserable to recover from all the damage we caused each other. (we blame psychiatrists, feminists and media for a lot of this and of course ourselves for falling for it all!)

Making it up to him = red pill = quality sex, attention, supporting him

Sex is the most important thing in a marriage, communication being a very close 2nd. If you have these two things going on you can move mountains together.

*quality sex: by this I don't include quickies, blowjobs etc, I mean the type of sex where you both connect( where there's no mistaking you're hot for him, want him, desire him, need him)

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

If for whatever reason I don't feel like banging PIV-style (if I'm sick, typically), I'm still quite happy to participate with my hands/mouth/boobs/whatever.

I don't really think of sex as something I "owe" him, perse (such that I feel strongly compelled to "make it up to him" if I don't feel like fucking)... I like him, so I make a good-faith effort to make him happy, sexually and otherwise. I've never thought of weiner-touching as my womanly duty. He seems happy with the sex life we've got, so I'm not really sure what he'd do if I started denying him sex.

If there were evermsome long term reason I couldn't/didn't want to have sex, he'd be free to get it elsewhere with my blessing.

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I like him, so I make a good-faith effort to make him happy, sexually and otherwise

Exactly! If only more women embraced this line of thought and taught their daughters this, maybe we would have a better shot at true equality between the sexes.

[–]juswannabeanony 5 points6 points7 points 12 years ago (19 children) | Copy Link

Sex isn't any fun unless both people are into it. If my boyfriend/husband reacted negatively to me occasionally declining sex it would be a deal breaker for me. Being in a monogamous relationship doesn't entitle either partner to sex whenever they want it, it's supposed to be a mutually beneficial experience. I do believe that incompatible sex drives or a lack of chemistry is a perfectly acceptable reason to break up, though.

[–][deleted] 6 points7 points8 points 12 years ago (14 children) | Copy Link

being in a nonmarital relationship certainly doesnt entitle either party to anything, but being in a marital relationship in which youve pledged certain things to each other with an agreement to "forsake all others" certainly does IMO. why on earth would you ever deny sex to the man whos sexuality you legally monopolized? what if he didnt "feel like" hugging you, kissing you, saying i love you, working or mowing the lawn? just not wanting to do someting you are supposed to do is never counted as an excuse not to do it in any other arena but sex

this is why men dont want to marry

[–]juswannabeanony 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Like I said in my original comment, I think a lack of chemistry or sexual compatibility is a perfectly acceptable reason to end a relationship. I'm talking about occasionally declining sex, which should be an acceptable thing to do in my opinion. Why would anyone want to have sex with a person who's clearly not into it at the time? Couples can have whatever kind of relationship dynamic they want. Personally I have no desire to be in a relationship with a man who views sex as an act of obligation on the part of either person because I want my sexual experiences to be positive for both people 100% of the time.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Declining to have sex in a relationship is acceptable but ONLY if the one declining communicates his/her reasons in a loving, caring manner. We are vulnerable to our lovers and seek support and validation so when one just chooses to decline without letting the other know why, he/she unnessearily hurts the other, leaves them guessing/hanging and inevitably strikes a blow to the relationship as a whole.

Are you presuming the consequences of saying no that some of us found negative is that we were raped?

[–]Zebraton 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

The fact that you feel you have to say yes mean you are a victim of rape culture. /s

Wow, felt a bit sick just typing that...

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

No.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (7 children) | Copy Link

Of course not, marriage is a voluntary contract. You might promise to do certain things but nobody is forcing you to - unless you're a man being forced to pay alimony.

[permanently deleted]

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Being forced to pay alimony at the point of the government gun is not consensual.

Choosing to have sex with your husband even though you don't feel like it is completely consensual.

Go away troll.

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (4 children) | Copy Link

why dont you not be a coward and just come out with what youre trying to get at.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

That following the law and raping your wife might not be considered equivalent in some circles? The bad, dirty, elitist circles, of course.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Clear as mud

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Try to communicate like you would if you understood that there were a whole bunch of people who exist outside your little feminist circle jerk, don't speak it's language or share it's fundamental first premisses

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I'm neither a feminist nor a circle jerk participant (YET), though I am a fan of "premisses." It's a nice, dreamy word without too many attachments or obligations.

You don't give a reason - lack of communication.

You don't have a reason - pointless and cruel exercise of power.

[–]juswannabeanony 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Not wanting to is enough of a reason for either person in my opinion.

[–]sugarcrushEndorsed Contributor 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Are any other ladies the higher drive partner? He's the one turning ME down. I have a bad habit of pouting afterwards, which I need to work on.

[–]kadidle51 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

My wife has a higher drive than me, I still try to accommodate as much as possible. I have been getting a lot better recently as well. I think something that has helped me is telling her to quit coming on to me ALL THE TIME. Im a guy, I'm a hunter, I like to be the one that pursues.

[–]FleetingWishEndorsed Contributor 3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (6 children) | Copy Link

What happens when you deny YOUR men sex?

I don't. Not even on my period. Nor do I really want to try to find out what would happen if I did.

[–][deleted] 3 points4 points5 points 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

i tried once like 10 years ago, it wasnt good, i decided not to do that again

[–]FleetingWishEndorsed Contributor 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Well, I actually pretty much do know what would happen if I did. I don't want to encounter that.

[–]masturbateawy1 points 12 years ago [recovered] (1 child) | Copy Link

Just a question are you implying he would react violently or physically?

[–]FleetingWishEndorsed Contributor 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

If the question you're asking is if I'm in abusive relationship, then the answer is no. Thanks for your concern.

What's your angle?

[–]phasetwenty 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

To change the frame, one woman catalogs what happened when she resolved to not deny her man sex: http://dontsayno2012.blogspot.com/

End result, she recognizes that it can't work for all couples, but she found it to be the right approach for her.

[–]Zebraton 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I think she went about it badly, by going the first year without telling him about the blog and the fact that she was sharing their sex life with a bunch of strangers.

On the other hand, from a cursory reading I cannot fault her intention and since her husband seems okay with it, who am I to judge? Good for the both of them, I say!

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Don't wait until youre in the mood to do it, do it until you're in the mood.

I never say no, though I occasionally try to weasel out of PIV with a Bj offer

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

I know what happens when I don't get sex...I start looking elsewhere. First, it starts as simply looking at other women. Then, I realise that I'm putting myself out there. The next thing I know, I'm actively engaging conversation leading to spinning plates.

It's a pattern I'm well aware of.

[–]Zebraton 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago* (11 children) | Copy Link

Wow, looks like the downvote brigades found this one quick.

Edit: As I suspected, it is now obvious that this post was made by a feminist to troll us. As usual they always go over the line.

Thought experiment: Feminists believe in "marital rape." There's not really any such thing, right?

http://www.reddit.com/r/RedPillWomen/comments/1nwjxf/what_happens_when_you_deny_your_men_sex/ccndt7u

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (10 children) | Copy Link

I'm not sure what "the line" is (probably because I've been brainwashed by the corresponding Matrix reference), but I do know you made it very easy for me.

[–]Zebraton 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (9 children) | Copy Link

How did I make it easy for you?

I made it easy for you to come here and post under false pretenses? I made you attempt to manipulate people for your own ends? I endowed you with such a sense of pure arrogance that you know how everyone else should live their lives?

We are a group of like minded people exploring and sharing what works for us. Why are you against free speech and the exchange of ideas? Why is it you do not support women making their own decisions regarding what they do with their own bodies? Would you outlaw abortion as well? Or is that one okay with you, while a woman choosing to have sex with her husband or SO is somehow abusive to the point where the woman needs help?

The problem is not with anyone here, the problem is you. When you have to go seek people out to cause trouble, it's time to see why you are so bitter and angry that you must spread the pain around.

This is just a suggestion, if you can afford it, maybe you should go talk to someone about the pain that you cannot seem to deal with, it would be better for you and everyone else in the long run. I sincerely hope you get the help you need, before you find yourself in a dead end life, middle aged, alone and hating the world for your choices. You can choose happiness instead of bitterness, but only you can make that choice.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago* (8 children) | Copy Link

There are many commonalities among Matrix-lovers; my personal favorite is the complete misapprehension of the term "freedom of speech."

[–][deleted] 2 points3 points4 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

people dont necessarily mean the constitutional sense every time they use the word free speech, some times people just literally mean "free speech" as in "free to speak your mind"

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

Yes. And neither is used correctly.

[–]Zebraton 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

How was it used incorrectly? You are making a series of non-communicative comments, but not actually engaging in discourse.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Hahaha "discourse."

[–]Zebraton 1 point2 points3 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Wow, from all that you cherry pick, "free speech"? I have heard of deflection, but that is a bit ridiculous.

As /u/danabanana9 already said, the idea that people should be free to communicate their thoughts freely is not exclusive to the constitutional protections enshrined in one country. There is a simple concept of the free exchange of ideas, this concept is held to be almost paramount by most free peoples on this planet and is supposed to be the mainstay of Western life.

Now that it has been explained to you so that you cannot possibly misunderstand, would you care to actually answer the question? Why do you not support the free exchange of ideas?

Also I really would like for you to explain why it is that grown women cannot make their own decisions as to what they want to do with their own bodies? Someday someone is going to answer this one, though I will not hold my breath. It seems the answer is a woman can make whatever decisions they want about their own body as long as it doesn't in anyway benefit a man.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

You are confusing "support[ing] the free exchange of ideas" with "being able to say things without ever being criticized, mocked or trolled." One is a foundational right; the other is petulance.

Now, feel free to respond with another text-wall of presumptions about me. I eagerly await the opportunity to skim it halfheartedly.

[–]Zebraton 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

Can I ask how old you are?

I do not confuse "support[ing] the free exchange of ideas" with "being able to say things without ever being criticized, mocked or trolled."

I was asking you, why you as an individual felt the need to take time out of your day to come here and attack people who are trying to speak to each other freely about a topic that they are all interested in and you are obviously not. What makes you do this? Are you afraid that if people see this information they will believe it and support it? Or is it a more personal reason, are you carrying around a lot of pain and this is your way of dealing with it? A lot of trolls are just really lonely and looking for attention.

Apparently though, you feel like you scored somewhat of a "victory" due to us taking you seriously when you asked your initial question. You're right, I don't know what we were thinking that made us take you seriously. What losers we must be? You might want to be careful though, just like the boy who cried wolf you might find that one day no one takes you seriously ever again.

You think that because you are anonymous that it makes no difference? None of this can get back to you? No, there is always a price to pay. Every time you expend time and energy on trolling like this, you are programming yourself to think in certain ways. The more it is repeated, the faster it becomes your frame. Due to the observer complex, you will not see the change, but everyone else will. I know you will not believe any of this, no one ever does. However, I will suggest that you do yourself a favor and make a note to yourself somewhere so that when everybody in your life has deserted you, you will know why, approximately when it started and at least a clue how to go about fixing it. Oh, and whatever silly response (if any) that you make to this, please note it down as well so you can get a good bite of that pie when I turn out to be right.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Can I ask how old you are?

Sure. You benefit from free speech, after all.

[–]Zebraton 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

Hey Liar!

You are the abuser. I hope you seek help.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (2 children) | Copy Link

My man likes the abuse. :)

[–]Zebraton 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

For how long has he liked it? Anyone can be successful for a few years, the long haul is what is important.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (5 children) | Copy Link

To OP,

Here I thought I was responding to a genuine concern from a RPW but instead I see you are just another feminist troll. Interesting though, you have managed to get some of us talking about real issues so I thank you for that.

I really feel sorry for you in that you are really projecting the sad state of your own life with these very useless comments of yours. They are not at all informative, a bit funny if you're the type who enjoys watching others make a fool of themselves, but all in all they are just soooo sad. A tiny bit of my soul cries for women like you. If only you could place your bitterness aside and see what you could get out of life by trusting that you too can be loved the way us RPW are loved.

I am hoping that you will keep reading RPW just in case you do have a SO and some of these awesome suggestions slip by your defenses and make your SO appreciate you just a bit more - maybe then you could come back and actually participate in these conversations instead of trolling them.

[–]DrMrsTheMonarch517[S] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (3 children) | Copy Link

"SO"? Not "man"??? And here I thought all of you were hopeless homophobes!

[–]margerym 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

And here I thought all of you were hopeless homophobes!

You really just have no idea. No clue. That's what it comes down to. You're attacking your idea of us not who we really are. You're incredibly invested in the little fantasy of us you have created. Sad.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (1 child) | Copy Link

where did you get the impression anyone here was a homophobe , homosexuality has nothing to do with the red pill and i doubt anyone here gives a flying fuck if people are gay. jack donovan, one of the premiere writers of the man-o-sphere is gay. maybe you think this is the chrisitian conservative republican subreddit? if anything most redpill people are libertarians

[–]berryokt 0 points1 point2 points 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

He takes it of course? But I am his kajira and we have consensual nonconsent. There have been very few times I actually struggled

[–]berryokt -1 points0 points1 point 12 years ago (0 children) | Copy Link

Why do we have to put up with this from any woman who doesn't think like us? I get told in real life to speak louder, raise my head, lift my eyes and "how can you act so submissive to (my husband)? Be a real woman!" I'm not a bossy bitch online or in real life and I am trying to learn red pill. Please note that I may not be real red pill, I am just a submissive female to a dominant Master and do honestly consider women the biological slaves of men. I can't escape feminism and being told I'm a victim, not even in our own communities. I think her morbid fascination with us is more than a curiosity, probably a longing. I am only safe from "empowerment" when I am serving my Master. I don't want power and I will beg you to not give it to me. Forgive me if my submissiveness is too much. It is consensual slavery and I am permitted to post about it. I live with four other slave women/kajirae and their two Masters so it is not just me.
