I'm a severely mentally ill and low libido. Can I get a red pill man? Where do I fit in the red pill?

You need to sort yourself out, achieve a measure of stability, before you attempt a relationship at all.

You really need to take care of yourself first before considering a relationship. If I were you I would be focusing on myself, working on my health issues (mental and otherwise) and learning how to manage them and find happiness in myself first. Hopefully you have access to support/support groups. I wish you luck.

I second (third, fourth?) everyone else here. You are your main priority. There are two lies you need to shed off before mate-hunting.

The first is a Blue Pill lie: "I need a man who accepts me for what I am, and a perfect man will do so." The better the man, the higher the price. You need to work on yourself as a person and as a woman to attract the best man possible.

The second is a societal lie: "I have a mental illness, so I can't do anything." There are always ways of making your own life easier, of coping with the side-problems, of bettering yourself as a person. For example, some compulsive liars are honest about their problem and simply retract their lies. "Sorry, what I just said was a lie. What I meant was..." I have hormonal depressive cycles. I am taking a few supplements to see if they help, I have worked out a pattern for coping with it and can even make myself cry at will so as to provide relief when I am stressed. Jon knows about it and knows to disregard any signs of anxiety or sadness when I've said the depression's hitting.

Finally, bear in mind that some RP men will be interested and some won't. Attraction is all very individual, even when you do everything "right".

I was abused and raped growing up by my uncle.

I understand this can have some effect but I realised that I was using bad past experiences as excuses to not be more disciplined and to be a better person. That's me personally but only you know whether or not that holds true for you

To give you advice or any truths we would need more information, you say you cut and burn yourself. Is there a cause that makes you do that? Is it in front of other people only or even by yourself?

You shouldn't inflict yourself on any type of man

As others have said... You're in no way ready for a healthy and stable relationship with anyone, especially an RP man. The fact you're completely aware of your downfalls shows you are acknowledging them, but I also wonder if you're lying to yourself about what a real RP LTR is like if you are in the position to always be looked at as a liability for a man.

You need to work on yourself before considering entering a man's life. I would be using that as a motivation if I truly and HONESTLY wanted it. Motivation to consistently work on yourself and to consistently progress to that end goal of a happy, healthy life.

I have a friend who is dating a girl with severe depression. it's a constant struggle. everytime he talks about her he asks me for advice on what to do and how to treat her, etc. she's his first girlfriend and i think he's afraid of being lonely again so he doesnt break up with her (and he's obviously not RP at all). but i think you should also consider the other person. maybe you do find someone who is willing to start a relationship with you but then what? having those diseases means you're emotionally extremely high maintenance. i just don't think that's a way to start a healthy, happy LTR; i even think it's selfish to try. so from my second hand experience i can only ask you to work on yourself first and then go hubby-hunting. if you dont do it for you, do it for your future partner.
