I'd suggest you try meditation for starters, it won't get rid of your jealousy but it's a start to create a healthy mindset.

Other than that I'd say you should approach more often, even if it's only to ask them what time it is or that they look lovely since you sound more of a socially awkward person (much like myself).

Just remember, to be successful you have to at least try, so if you are jealous/irritated and not trying there's no point in complaining (then again, I'm just assuming), but it's important you try as much as you can, the more you are reject in the beginning the most experience you will have at the end. Also don't show too much of a needy appearance and always try to keep a IDGAF (i don't give a fuck) attitude.

Do things to track your progress. Keep a list of all the books you've read, take progress photos, track your savings or investments. Its hard to see how far you've come if you don't ever loom back to see where you used to be

go sit in a sauna. Set a goal for yourself, maybe being in there for 10 min. When you feel like you cant take it anymore, tell your mind to shut the fuck up and get comfortable in the misery.

Also practice never complaining even when you have the right to. Either you put up with it or you don't but never complain about anything.
