Drink whatever you want, and whatever supports your goals.

Personally, I drink 1%, as I like it in coffee, cereal, oatmeal and other foods, and I like the protein and don't want too many added calories that you get with whole milk. The non-fat tastes too much like water for my taste.

But really, drink what you want.

just the regular but 0.3% fat milk, has less nutritional value than 3 % milk but overall my eating habits are probably pretty good so I go with the low fat milk.

The most I got in terms of size and strength was full fat milk. However, I did increase weight heh. A more healthier one would be almond milk in my opinion.

Depends on the individual, we aren't the same.
If your digestion can handle milk, drink full-fat whole milk, plenty of it, try getting good quality. Don't fuck with any of the bullshit substitutions.

If you're bulking and your digestion can handle sugar, drink good quality chocolate milk.

I, for example, love milk but don't like sugar, so I drink full-fat milk, occasionally I buy goat's milk as it's very healthy but quite expensive.

I've been hooked on the stuff called Fairlife CorePower. It's ultra filtered chocolate milk with high protein, but low in sugar and lactose free. Also the best chocolate milk you'll ever drink.
