Like puffy bags? Probably a combination of all of that. Get something cold to hold on your eyes, or a cooling gel eye mask that can help with depuffing and carry a water bottle so you don’t forget to hydrate!

Maybe a little bit of all these factors. You may just be more disposed to have those as features possibly but crying every 3 days does sound stressful. You could do a little test tackle one thing a month and see month by month what's going on.

Month 1 could be sleep. You could track this with the Fitbit app - it has a sleep tracking and breakdown feature to help you track and improve your sleep pattern.

Month 2 could be sleep and the crying. You could journal every day or week to reflect on your mood to practice reflection and possibly improve emotional regulation.

Month 3 could be water, sleep and the crying. Again on the fitbit or just by mental notes make sure you drink 2 or so litres of water a day.

And see how you are doing and if there is much change. Month by month there could be some improvements or not however I think this could have other positive changes if not for your eyes.

Please check your thyroid levels. Also, pro tip, next time you’re having a crying session (and good for you btw, crying is a lovely way to release emotion. Repression = disease. Let it all out 💕) put some oil under your eyes. I use either coconut or sweet almond oil. The salt from your tears can wreak havoc on the delicate skin below your eyes. Big hugs to you. Try to limit screen time before bed. Sleep with electronics out of your room and on airplane mode. Big hugs to you 💕
