I might be overthinking this but I seek either clarification or correction on this matter.

I went out with a group of new friends and I gave my jacket to the girl I'm interested in. I flirted, physically escalated with her a bit and her other friend came to separate us. She did so because her third friend is into me. I flirted with both throughout the night.

I am also completely straight edge, no drinking alcohol or smoking. I normally don't take girls home who are intoxicated because it's landed me in hot water once before. The whole "took advantage of me" scenario.

To clarify, I gave her the jacket because I wanted to, not expecting something in return. However, I fear that the jacket situation, while also being sober and not taking drunk girls with me may land me in a "nice guy" frame.
