Usually she starts to worry and feel inadequate and insufficiently attractive. She may accuse you of being gay to deflect the feeling. She may think you are holding back because you are shagging other women. It may make her more determined to please you sexually and try out more imaginative sex. Making you come will become a challenge and she will want to prove she is better than other women.
Depends how you choose to look at it.

This could be mental rather than physical (if you only watch porn occasionally, it is not death grip; if you are unfortunate enough to be circumcised, it is par for the course).
