Yours is a fairly simple scenario.

Hit her up for a date. If she agrees, escalate and go from there. If she says no then you're a friend zone/orbiter.

It doesn't matter what reason she gives for saying no. She may have some legit sounding reason but if you aren't there together on a non plutonic date within a week then she is stringing you along.

It's an easy next at that point. Block on all social media. Ignore her texts and find a girl who wants you.
