Sue the estate for "judiciary error" and sue her for image damages. You can't sue her for lying to justice.

If your cousin didn't have a fair chance for defense, which seems to be often the case, he'll be good.

How do you avoid it? Age old advice of "don't stick your dick in crazy"... I'm no pimp macdaddy, but out of the 30-something women that I tricked into letting me poke them with my penis, none have ever even considered it questionable that what we did was consensual. But, assuming you can't always deter those who are cray cray like that, vs those who are just normal crazy, don't put yourself in questionable situations. I.e. don't bang some chick who's obviously drank way over her limit if you haven't already been having sex before that encounter. If you aren't smart enough socially to determine the difference between ASD and when a girl is actually uncomfortable with advancing things further, just take "no" as a hard line NO. Don't ever delete texts, emails, voice mail, etc of you and a new hook up. And lastly, don't be a douche. While you can't avoid the real sociopath type life ruining women, just like they can't avoid the truck stop murdering rapist psychopath, by not being an ass hole to your drunken one night stand or bragging around town how you "pounded that dumb slut" will keep girls from forming regret in their head. I honestly didn't know that all this fake rape stuff was such a big thing until TRP because I've never encountered it, since I've always felt the social cues you get from a responsive woman are pretty obvious once you get past your virgin stages. Assuming your cousin didn't do anything wrong in this situation, he's unfortunately just unlucky and possibly an idiot for banging a girl like that if he knew she was a psycho.
