Your back is not bad at all. Mine was much worse. Get a prescription for Roaccutane. Its works great.

If you start lifting wear Under Armour compression tops instead of muscle tops. They wick away the sweat from your skin and stop it getting blocked. Wearing a muscle top/singlet leaves it there on your skin and can exacerbate the problem.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. It's not THAT bad. I mean by the time she gets a good look at it hopefully you've already nailed her and once she's gets the D she isn't going to give it up b/c of a little bacne. Take comfort in your likely high T levels.

Get some sun, a tan will help it blend in and the vit D might help clear it up.

You might also try changing to a hypalergenic laundry detergent. Do you use fabric softeners or dryer sheets? If so just stop and wash the fuck out of your shirts or buy new shirts. Artificial fibers tend to aggrivate my bacne. I tend to stick to 100% cotton.

I have back acne scars too. They will provide a topical wash and others.

If all fails, they would suggest something stronger, probably an oral medication, can't remember the name as of now.

I have some shit bacne that mostly cleared up years ago, leaving me with tons of scars (and some extensive stretchmarks from ballooning to 285lbs in highschool before I got my ass in shape).

No one has ever said a word. Not in any context. Not in bed, not the beach, not out jogging, never in my life have I gotten so much as a comment.

tan helps. Dermatologists can recommend things to lessen the scars, but nothing gets rid of it 100%. I tried it all, eventually said fuck it, and I've never been better.

TL;DR: It's all in your head. If you have a LTR, trust me, she already knows damn well what you have and doesn't give a fuck.
