The only thing that will work here is dread game. Cancel your date tonight, tell her something came up, don't tell her what that something is. When she gets mega whiny about it, tell her Saturday night might be okay, you'll see how you feel. Let the hamster spin its own wheel tonight then. She will text you Saturday and practically beg to go out with you that night. Reluctantly agree. This will change her mental construct and raise your SMV. Dread game is not the only thing that will work here. If you really aren't trying to play her just to get laid, play along with her wishes a little, but make sure you're the dominant frame. Escalate again, if she blocks you at the same stage as last time, send her packing, for real. If she let's you escalate further, take it another base or two, then YOU stop. Tell her, ok, that's it for the night, and...send her packing. One of two things happens here:

She protests and wants to continue. You tell her that's only happening if "x" happens, where x is whatever sexual act you want to move to (it should be an escalation).
She obliges, and you have honored her wishes, but you've done it by your rules, and maintained frame and control throughout, so you're the man.

And next time you repeat, escalating further until finally you're fucking.

I think it depends on what you're looking for. If you're just tryna get some ass then I'd say move on. She is obviously looking for something more than hookups. If you are truly interested in this girl then I would just invest in a couple dates or whatever. A few dates with no sex can get you many dates with sex.
