My advice, cut contact with her and start looking for other women. Here's the thing, if she wants to continue enjoying your validation/attention and if she REALLY wants to be with you in the long term then she'll come around and cut the crap. For the time being, she's fucking with you (and not in the good way).

Have you fucked her yet? If not, you're an orbiter and her flirting is likely to be at a time when she either wants validation/attention or she senses you breaking free of orbit and wants to reel you back in.

There's no point in asking "how can I keep this girl" - the fact that she's giving you the LJBF talk just means that you can't keep what you don't have. Give up on this one and concentrate on finding girls closer to home for now. Work on your SMV and something might happen if she moves closer to you... but I wouldn't count on it.
