Two drink maximum. That will take the edge off your nerves, but any more will hurt your impulse control and make you more likely to make stupid mistakes.

Drink a little bit but not too much to get whiskey dick (which will make it harder to get up, you less sensitive, and nearly impossible to finish). My sweet spot is 6 but that's because I'm an alcoholic. Go for 2-3.
