Dealing with other Alphas

You're not alone. In my journey to alphahood I find myself sizing up almost every guy. I'm more relaxed around those I've subconsciously labeled as either not a threat or friendly.
I think this is OK, because one of the main steps to rising out of where life puts you is to start bumping your surroundings eroding l wondering where you currently are so you can size up others while you evolve

Practice.

Personally I deal with this with self-deprecating humor that gives them enough rope to hang themselves with. It depends much on how you deliver it. See what works and make what works for you. It's basically agree and amplify. Remember to keep it light and funny, after all he is the one tryharding.

Example 1:

I was wearing a belt that looks a bit like a dick (I should really shorten it or put another loop on my pants...).

Girl: That thing looks bigger than your dick.

Me: Actually, I was considering to sew it to my dick.

Girl: Yeah, you should do that.

Me: On the plus side, I'd definitely be able to satisfy you then.

Other replies to being accused of having a small dick are similar;

Well, an abyss like yours does need a lot of stuffing.
Well, you're not attractive enough to get it up. But at least you look better naked than dressed.
X here has a pretty big one. Perhaps you should try dating him.

If you really want to take someone down, you need to use the Trinity. For women it's ugly, old and slut and subsections of those. For men, it's coward, loser (incl virgin/gay) and small dick.

As for your situation it depends on you, the situation and how you can deliver. I'd have used one of the following:

Check out girls, then him: "Maybe you are right. Are you single?"
Did [his friend] ever tell you how I lost my virginity? Well, I'm not gay, but $20 is $20.
Wink; there's still a seat empty next to me.
Unfortunately you are not first in line anymore.

Well... This is one of the most important parts of TRP. It is easy to dominate situations with just women or weaker men but when you have competition that want to beat you it gets tough. If you're single DO NOT GIVE A FUCK if you lose a girl to another guy. It happens to me and it is the single thing that can destroy a guy's self esteem - seeing a girl you've been working on get whisked away by another bloke. Even girls you've pulled before.. Honestly there is nothing you can do apart from be the best man you can be (ie: go and get other girls). Even girls you've banged WILL chase new men so you might as well just rake in as man different girls as possible.

In terms of men belittling you, call them out on it - say they should watch their manners or stop trying too hard to impress. Instead of defending yourself put all the attention on them. It is extremely easy to lose the respect of others and so take as much heat off you and lay it on to other men.

It's like with everything in life: Practice will ultimately lead to mastering.

You will need to push yourself out of your comfortzone and just clench your teeth and go through with it. You will eventually get accustomed to these situations and learn that the company of real alphas is much more enjoyable than that of pussies, while you continue your journey in self-improvement.

You will only be able to develop your skills if you constantly "compete" with better persons. To become a better fighter, you need to train with better fighters than you are at the moment. Will it hurt? Yes, but just a little bit.

Also alpha doesn't equal alpha. There are poisonous assholes and there are natural leader-type of real men. Cut off the assholes and stick to the men.

You also need to develop "taker-qualities", meaning that you are able to take a punch without starting to cry. Stay unaffected and realize, when you've been beaten.

It's also not shameful, but an important skill, to identify a group's hierarchy and sort yourself in. Remember Law #1. Never Outshine The Master. Why not actually support the current leader of a group and become part of his inner circle?

If you are part of this inner circle, it will also automatically raise yor status with women, who aren't able to get the leader himself. You are a way for them to still have a chance to benefit from the advantages.

So ultimately you should come to adjusting your mindset from seeing competition everywhere and being afraid to loose, to being aware, that this competition exists and trying to use the dynamics to your benefits, and that winning a fight doesn't equal winning the war. You need to focus on your long-term evolution, instead of pearing hard at an instant triumph.

Force shouldn't compellingly be countered with force, but could also be used to your advantage by giving it another direction as intended by the one applying it.

There are many tactics you can use to dominate other men. My friend loves to pat other men on the head. Most of them don't know how to react. It's a fun light-hearted gesture, and physical escalation on their part would not be appropriate.

Often being loud and direct works really well. Occupy space, move around the whole room, greet everyone. Social cohesive alpha is the way to go. Going out of your way to dominate others will not bring you closer to victory. With a larger social group that already has an outstanding dominant man, being #2 is actually a happy place, especially if #1 is tied up in a LTR.

Befriending other Alpha Men is usually the best way to join the group. Rather than overt domination, befriend them. Some of the men I interact with are physically larger, more athletic, but they have not devoted themselves to spinning plates or game, and they love to go out with me so that they are forced to approach. Bring value and they will respect it. Other alpha men want a running buddy - someone to push them achieve their goals.
