Anyone here familiar with practices for redirecting sexual energy around the body and up the spine into creative energy as mentioned by Napoleon Hill in "Think and Grow Rich?"?

If so any success - good techniques? I'm very interested in it and have been looking into tantric and taoist methods for this as well as becoming a tantric lover. I see it as 'sexual lifting' that when mastered can add some serious game and confidence knowing you don't need anything from any woman and if you choose to you can go for hours with the lucky lady.

I like the idea that my juice is precious and does not leave my body unless there is a damn good reason and anyone wanting to extract it had better make it very worthwhile.

Can't find much about actual techniques and exercises to develop this though (apart from kagels). Anyone already doing this and got any good advice?
