I've never had pickled eggs and this looks yummy. Dumb question: is the liquid warm or chilled when poured over the eggs?

I like this idea of promoting meal preparation. I'd like to see meal plans and other ideas from other members as well as the training you do.

I train to be a competitive powerlifter so my day to day meal plan is roughly as follows:

Bowl of porridge and honey for breakfast, maybe 60g of oats with milk.
handful of mixed nuts for snack
250 grams of meat for lunch accompanied by vegetables. e.g. beef stew, chicken stirfry or roasted chicken and roasted veg.
Protein shake with milk and two scoops.
Dinner which is usually similar to lunch, I have fish once a week also
Protein bar and bowl of fruit.

Sometimes I may have a treat which is usually a can of diet coke and some popcorn.

Current lifts are: Squat - 210KG Bench - 150KG Deadlift - 240KG

Is the pickling just for taste or does it help preservation somehow?

I too prep protein for the week. 2 whole chicken, 2lbs grass fed beef, 1lb sausage. I like my eggs cooked fresh, so I usually only eat about 6HB eggs in the week and 18 scrambled

Christ, I find it damn impossible to hit my protein. I'm 190 pounds and eating one huge meal a day.
