Not to brag, but I had a great day today. Started when the wife woke me up with some good sex. She had the day off so she cleaned around the house, did laundry including ironing my stuff, and cooked a good meal for dinner.

What are some good ways to reward good behavior like this while maintaining alpha/leader status?
