She found out that you set everything up to cheat on her. If you eventually would have done that is not relevant. Any claim that you were just sneak peaking, what ever that means to you, is irrelevant. You checked opporunities to cheat on her. That is what you unwillingly signaled to her and she would be stupid to believe anything else.

As long as there's no proof her story "saw my profile on her "friends" phone." is made up and she's been on Tinder, too, you do better to believe it was like that, if you have any interest in rescuing that LTR.

If you want to save that LTR, you've got to admit what you've done and build trust again. IDGAF and abundance mentality are absolutly the wrong tools for that job. You took yourself out of the position to act like the usual RP guy here. You're not recovering from being a unsexy beta looser, you're trying to recover from the amage you did to you LTR. you could just tell her the truth. that you love her but you've got needs one woman can never meet, and that's why you were on tinder. that you understand if she wants to leave because you aren't going to change, but you hope she doesn't cause you love your life with her

when you get caught doing something shady, don't run from it. don't excuse yourself for it. apologize for how it affects them but stand your ground if it's something you really do want. the truth is, 99% of men want both an LTR/marriage AND to spin plates--not one or the other. and if you're high enough value you can pull it off. if you think that's you, then grow some balls

Be a grown man... get off tinder. I wouldn’t be able to take another adult serious enough to give my commitment to them if they were EVER on tinder... let alone while they are with me. Tinder, instagram, Snapchat, etc... its all for clown ass little kids. Live a real life.
