To be honest, I don't really think that even a full implementation on the Mrp path will improve the general affection or frequency/quality of sex with her.

So you're both miserable, don't enjoy time around one another, and staying together for your kids sets the example of what being married is supposed to be like. Her frame is that marriage to you is a hellish slog and that she needs to rest all week in order to be able to fuck you on the weekend. She probably thinks this makes her a saint. Out of the goodness of her heart, she has decided to give you once a week maintenance sex. Accepting her "charity" is the opposite of abundance mentality.

Do something different and something different will happen. Maybe you will be happier, maybe you won't. Keep doing the same thing and the same thing will happen.

Also, drop the notion that she can jump ship whenever she wants. Nothing special about her. You are the prize and if she could, she would have done so by now.
