Wife and I work the same schedule at the same place 6am-3:30pm with a 30min commute. If I go work out right after work 4-5pm she guilt trips me to hell about her having to be stuck at home with the kids, while I go do whatever. Read: I feel guilty about not spending my limited time with my kids, my wife antagonizes me about it with no filter, so in turn I break down and lose the motivation I had. Any advice?

Kids are 18mo and 4mo. We're both 28, and I have been blue pill the whole 10 years of our relationship.

She nuked my progress last night. Long story short, she said I'm controlling, that I make all the decisions regarding the kids without her (and that I get advice from my mom and sister and don't consult her), and that I even talk over her and for her (I asked questions about her new birth control at her Dr. appointment). She mentioned how I'm getting more done at home makes her feel like shit because cleaning is her therapy (the house is a pit).

Finally, my daughter is a Daddy's girl. She runs screaming at me she gets so happy to see me. The problem is, she won't sit with my wife, if I'm around, to read books and go to sleep. My wife thinks its because I always take her from her. I pick my daughter up when she asks to be held, and if I'm passing by my wife, I may ask if she wants to come to daddy.

Being able to manage these aspects would greatly improve my success in our relationship.

Now, my wife... She has let herself go and won't do much for herself (eat well or exercise). She has no regular friends, she doesn't have any hobbies except scrolling Facebook, and she lost her mom about 6 months ago but won't see a therapist or anything.

I really really need some sex, but I know I can't negotiate desire. I work hard (likely in the wrong direction). I could easily pull tail, however I'm married and that's a no-no.

Any insight is a big help.
