I found "you can" on Amazon, published in 1913. Might buy a physical copy but as it is pre-disney you can just read it online free:

The Stories:

The first story: You Can. Stop whining and complaining and do it.

The second story: 50-50. You get what you give. (BluePill husbands have stopped giving leadership and like to whine about the consequences.)

The third story: Silence. What we would call STFU.

Fourth: Health. What we would call "LIFT."

Fifth: Character. Implies the idea of owning your own frame and judging yourself.

 

And on it goes. If you're MRP, you can see it. If not, you might miss it.

This is a super-easy read, sort of like the one-page devotions I used to read as a Christian BluePill but got so little out of. Yet I get something out of Every Single Page of "You Can". I want to read, then STOP, sit back and reflect and PLAN what I will DO. Or at the very least, have my lifting reinforced.

Man we could start a book club.
