First off, I think you need to get over the kissing in front of your parents thing. You want to be your own man, stop worrying about your parents feelings. A small kiss on the lips never killed anyone. Don't make out, but show her that your parents don't make your decisions for you.

Second, you don't say anything to her. You just keep improving. Eventually she will either "have" to fuck you or lose you to another, probably hotter girl. Any woman who is openly and consciously using sex to manipulate you is not worth your time. Of course, all women do this to some extent but the fact that she is being so overt and calculating about it is a HUGE red flag.

The fact that you feel you need to answer to her at all indicates you are operating from her frame.
