If your SMV is high enough it can send a girl into meltdown (depending on the girl of course). Generally speaking, sex is currency for them, they know it holds a lot of power, so if you’re the one declining it removes their power over you so to speak and many can’t handle that.

The female sex drive is also rather narcissistic, with most women’s arousal in my experience being tied to just how much you ‘have to have them’, or how much you would choose them over all the other girls. The higher your SMV, the more you validate, which in turn means the more power you have to invalidate.

Two points:

Underfucked women just don't behave.
Bedroom is the parliament of the relationship.

Bedroom is the easiest way to see what kind of a situation the relationship is in.

So, over the course of the relationship it's not recommended to restrain sex continuosly.

But once in a while it might be good to withhold sex.

Whenever she disrespects you, you might want to pick "withholding sex" as an option to punish her bad behaviour.
Whenever she gets comfortable, stops doing housechores, you might take sex away from her and not give her sex until she gets okay.

But I don't honestly think that restraining it is good.

Reward good behaviour, punish bad behaviour.
