You sound uber straight - edge like if you had a plan and shit went wrong you would panic and say that the day is ruined instead of adjusting and trying to survive with the best outcome .

This is not a good frame of reference for dating , sexual compatibility, really any sort of relationship with anything that's not as obedient as a dog or a machine .

The uncomfortable truth is that there is no quick magic pill that will get you exactly what you want and hell even if you find yourself on a date with a cute average STD-free chick there's no guarantee going out with her will cause a relationship .

This post reminds me of when I see women on dating sites listing that they are looking for a marriage , It means that your are looking for either comfort or status of a relationship and your partner doesn't matter much if at all . Those are the WORST people to be with because it all amount to that status or their happiness within the confines of that relationship . there's no room to grow , to get to know each other, to let a relationship actually develop .

My advice ? stop looking for an easy and fast way to get what you want. Be ok with going on dates and talking to women and feeling inadequate but not showing it . Read the posts here that talk about abundance mentalities, recognizing yourself as the prize, and develop an understanding and appreciation for the chaotic jumbled mess that is the social interactions that lead to real relationships.

If there was a quick and easy to follow template to attract a cute average girl who would be completely happy with you and only you don't you think many men would follow it already ?

Your problem is that since you are "lonely" and in a dry spell you are pedestalizing a girlfriend and sound ultra desperate to have one.

How much are you dead lifting these days? Overhead pressing?

Stop pedestalizing a girlfriend/relationship so much. Improve yourself and make yourself the best man you can be and you won't even have to try. Your issue seems to be you just want a woman. But what do you have to offer? Why do you deserve a woman in your life?

Learn how to be happy with just yourself. You are making woman your mission in life instead of being the best man you can be. Hence why you are sick and tired of not having a woman in your life. Fuck bitches. You really think your life will be better simply by having a girlfriend?

If you worry about YOU, and focus on YOU, then you will be able to rely on yourself as your source of happiness. You are trying to make a girlfriend the source of your happiness. Bad idea.

I'm hoping this reaches you and you take it in the best way possible.

Back when I was in high school, I was in love with this girl. I was obsessed about her. I did everything I could do to be around her and make her fall in love with me. Long story short, she finally dated me out of pity and she broke up with me a while after. I sent her this essay of why we can make it work and she told me "I don't want to talk to you, at least for this summer". After that I found TRP.

Since then, I've been lifting and focusing on myself and developing who I am as a person. Since then, she's been hitting me up asking how I'm doing, tells me she has dreams about me, asks to come see me and tries to make my girlfriend jealous.

But now, I don't want girls. It's great having a girlfriend and all, but the real satisfaction comes from me knowing that I made myself into the type of person some girls want and throw themselves at. If my girlfriend leaves me or wants me to commit to something I'm not ready for and she threatens to leave, she can. I'll be sad for a while, but there will be more girls out there.

So far everything I've said sounds good but doesn't address your issue which is wanting a girlfriend. When I was first in college without a girlfriend all I wanted to do was lose my virginity. That made me do stupid things and take risks that eventually led to me losing it, but looking back the things I was doing were too extra. I put pussy on the pedestal and luckily, the girl I'm with now didn't call me a creep or call the cops when I laid in her bed after we had a "study date" and I'm 99% sure it's because of my looks and not my weak, almost non existent game.

The people here are giving you a lot of shit because the mindset you do things speaks loudly through your body language. If old freshman awkward me tried to grab a girls hand in the club and have her dance with me, she'd probably turn and leave my area. But since I've been lifting and I've become confident with myself, girls often dance near me and when I reach out my hand they gladly take it and we dance for a while then I "release" them and go dance with the bros and those girls circle our group.

If my old highschool self tried to stay in a girls bed and I made her uncomfortable, best believe my ass would be labeled creepy the rest of the year. Being attractive and somewhat confident saved my ass and got me the girl. If you want a girlfriend badly enough to do anything to get one, you'll probably do some stupid or cringe worthy shit which will set you back in your girlfriend pursuit.

You said you're losing weight. That's great. Keep it up but also start lifting. Lifting even though you're losing weight will help you gain some strength and get your body used to the patterns of workout movements such as squatting, benching, deadlifting, etc. So that once you're at the weight you want to be at and you want to start gaining weight, you'll have more strength to work with and be familiar with the lifts.

you want to put forth zero effort and still get a decent girl..the problem is that the girls that you could get with zero effort are not going to be anywhere near as cute as the okay-ish girl you're imagining.
