I remember Jordan Peterson saying one time the common theme of all humans is the need “to feel important or needed”. So deep down you probably don’t feel important, or not needed (possibly Know the girl could easily replace you. Therefore trying to validate yourself in a way where your “needed” and won’t be replaced).

My advice. Actually become important or needed. If you bring enough value to the relationship you’ll be both those things. Maybe deep down you don’t think you bring enough value.

Did your parents not pay attention to you as a kid? Legit question. Most people in my experience become attention seekers because the parents never showed much interests in their accomplishments so 1) they shut down or 2) they go out looking for it in anybody who will listen.

The TRP is a mindset bro. I think everyone thinks TRP means you are inhumane and aren’t allowed to experience emotions. Lol. It’s about maintaining frame and acting with logic.... and not with emotions like women do. There’s a difference in wanting attention and actually trying to get it.

An alpha male doesn’t seek approval of others. I recommend raising your SMV and in turn, raising self confidence... which I recommend to everyone anyways.

Never seek attention.... demand it...

Why do I love attention so much

Only you can really answer that question yourself.

Could it be because your parents were narcissistic and passed it down to you?

Or because they never gave you a healthy amount of affection and attention when they were raising you?
