First, screen shot every conversation you have of her agreeing to come over or any implication of sex. Back it up online and on physical storage. Meet up with her and take her to your room or somewhere private. Keep your phone recording the entire time and get her to explicitly admit to having consensual sex with you. If/when she does, excuse yourself to the bathroom and confirm you have it recorded. Then tell her you need to take a break for a bit since she feels uncomfortable. Save and back up those as well.

If she won’t admit you had consensual sex, then ask her if other instances where she gave consent and how it was different.

Avoid the BF at all costs. Most guys will threaten you over text, so keep a record of that as well.

Once you’ve done all that, get a lawyer if it sounds like it’s going to escalate and try to distance yourself from her and all her friends. She is most likely trying to come up with a story so the boyfriend feels better about finding out she is a cheating whore, but if there are rumors being spread about you, it is actionable.

Ignore. Treat as per stalker: ignore her. She's trying to get you to agree with her made up story. EVERYTHING you say can and will be used against you including denials.

What should I say when I talk to her?

Don't talk to her, absolutely avoid her. Complete blanking.

In the worst case: SAY NOTHING TO THE POLICE. Don't admit to having sex with her, don't say a fucking word. Don't believe them if they say you just have to apologise (apology = confession, and they're allowed to lie). They will be looking to make you guilty. NOTHING YOU SAY TO THE POLICE WILL HELP YOUR CASE, or get them to let you go.

Have a lawyer ready if you can.

And don't talk to this girl ever again - she'll just dig her heels in deeper.

State exactly what happened. Document everything, Screenshot Everything. Have copies of your phone records that match up with the texts.

Do not respond to her anymore. Do not attempt to contact her. Do not respond to her boyfriend if he attempts to contact you.

Have a lawyers number on hand if possible and set aside cash for that if the situations becomes worse.

I think her main concern is not getting caught cheating, and she told you it wasn't consensual to keep you from talking about it. Though I doubt you face legal issues, I agree with the suggestions other commenters have about memorializing what happened.

. . . is the end of any actual legal case. The main argument a defense attorney would make is that her calling it "cheating" indicates that she provided affirmative consent. Otherwise, it's not cheating.

Make sure you keep that first text. If you have any other texts that help set up how you got to that point, those will be helpful.

This is mad jealousy game being played on her end. She has no intentions to press charges. What she's trying to do is to lay down an anti-slut defense while prompting the boyfriend to present with mate-guarding behavior. She desperately wants him to mate guard, and she's going nuclear on him. That's her end game. She'd get super-fucking-hot for it if the BF tries to find you, because that's the outcome she's seeking.

That said, at the outside chance someone pressures her to pursue legal action, you're fine as long you don't buy into these solicitations for admissions. That's the only landmine in the field, and it's clearly labeled, so don't step on it.

Otherwise, the burden of proof is badly against a prosecutor. No one worth a pint of piss would bring this case. No rape kit. Not evidence worth using if a rape kit were utilized. The alleged victim sent a text affirming her consent by describing the activity as cheating.

It's a dogshit case. And, besides, she's not making a case to anyone but the BF.

To add what has already been said, see if recording people is legal where you are and if so, record any conversation. Without her knowing obviously. In Canada it's legal as long as you are both involved in the conversation.
